Steam deck was returned to shipper

Hello guys Recently I ordered steam deck to Cyprus for second time. Last time everything was pretty good, my steam deck arrives on time and I really appreciate it. But for now I ordered steam deck again and DHL states that my steam deck is: “returned to shipper” I’m little bit shocked, I already open ticket in steam support, but how long does they answer? I also try to contact with DHL support, but they told me to contact with steam.
