237global should be nowhere near vip ticket experiences

They took £800 from me for 2 vip experience tickets a year in advance then with 1 week to go just cancelled a big part of the package without explanation and then ignored my concerned emails. Tried to make it better with a £6 drink token. I was also promised a premium merch package which consisted of a cheap small flag with no pole, a bum bag and an A4 sheet of stickers all worth about......another £6. Just awful. Total scam and money grab. False advertising in the extreme. Avoid at all costs. There are also issues with the addresses given on their website which exist but are not linked to them according to Google maps.
