Custodes vs Black Templars?

All, I am going to be playing against a Black Templars player pretty soon and would like strategy and list building tips. I prefer to run Lions of the Emperor. It's going to be a 1000 pt game, feel free to recommend literally any unit type as I've got a good chunk of our entire range.

Last time i played this BT player, I conceded in round 4. I didn't push hard enough into his units and payed the price as he charged into me, and I rolled terribly on saving throws. I also got murdered by his dreadnought tank shocking my terminators.

Here's the list I'm thinking about bringing. Again, any recommendations on list changes or how to run the list from a strategy standpoint are very welcome.

PS making this post as it seems as though we haven't had a discussion going against black Templars in a while. Figured it might help some new players like myself!
