Elder consulting side business

A side business and I want to make sure I won’t be violating any rules with Medicare. I plan to offer dementia and elder care consulting services. Basically I would provide education on dementia, care and management as well as home safety assessment. I think I would also like to provide dementia staging as well, but I’m not sure if that pushes too far into therapy or not.

You know more than me about this kind of stuff in the regulations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
