Need advice - USA startup tech workers salary slip issue

I am a fresher and have no idea. I have this backend engineer job offer after 2rounds of interview+ a test from a startup.

But they are saying that the salary will be coming from an indian company, which is not a subsidiary of the startup.

The companies might be having some deal. The founders are saying that they will be paying directly into bank account after 2-3 months as they are sorting things out for it.

Is it wise to join the company. What will my salary slip look like?
