Proof of purchase Huntsman v3 pro tkl

I know it's weird as fuck, but I got new HUNTSMAN V3 PRO TKL, and two buttons wont work no matter what.

Checked everything, uninstalling synapse/reinstalling, still nothing is changing.

Sadly I have not a proof of purchase idk what happened with this piece of paper.
I'm looking for anyone that can share a screenshot of receipt. Shop or website u got this from doesnt really matter. All I want is just RMA this through Razer website
