I'm making a board game scoring app, and am looking for people interested in this idea
This idea was born out of trying to score some of the harder games in the board games realm. Having to stop the flow of the game so someone can sit and do maths for a minute can break up the flow, and personally I suck at maths! So initially I created myself spreadsheets and wondered if it was something the community would be interested in. I've created a interest sign up page at https://globalgamesheet.carrd.co/, and if people are interested in this kind of app, to sign up and I'll get cracking!
Some of the features I've thought of:
- Easy to use scoring - where the primary scorekeeper just has to input some variables to get out the scores, think of trying the math on 7 wonders for the science scores.
- Allow everyone to see the scoreboard at all times, on their own devices in front of them - makes it much easier keeping track of roads/cities so people can make the decisions they need.
- Local league leaderboards, for people who play with the same friends, or the same games all the time.
- Plus another feature which is outlined at the above link.
I'm open to feedback, and please let me know if there's any other features you'd like to see!
