Non Caribbean All Inclusives

We really like all inclusive vacations but are tiring of the usual south destinations. Where else can we do all inclusive that is not DR, Cuba, Mexico, Jamaica etc.? Halifax (YHZ) would be our departure airport and we know there will be layovers and plane changes. Thanks
