Duolingo is definitely listening

Hey, so I get very specific exercises that relate to topics of discussion I've had over the phone or near my phone. This is creepy and isn't this a violation of our privacy? Is there a class action lawsuit brewing somewhere ? This shit has the ability to contributed to mental health concerns. This can induce or exacerbate paranoia and fantastical thinking. Anyone else having this happen?
