Help me find a cheesy/cringey song

So when me and my best friend was like 10/11 we found this really cringey song that we still to this day quote. I’ve tried so much to find the video but cannot find it anywhere so can anyone find me it: It’s basically this music video that I would guess was made in the late 80’s. The classroom is full of girls all expressing how much they don’t wanna be at school and what they would rather be doing. I remember this like male teacher who is short and maybe Hispanic? He had like a white suit on.
