Unable to completely uninstall old version
I am unable to uninstall the old software completely after finally upgrading. The software has been uninstalled, but the entry remains. When I try to uninstall again, it says it cannot find the uninstall module which makes sense because it self deletes afterwards. I have reinstalled the old software twice, once to try uninstalling using the uninstaller directly, and again to see if it was just a fluke. Both times it fails to fully clean stuff out. I have rebooted the computer multiple times, so there is something remaining.
I have checked the registry, and I see nothing related to the old software anywhere. Advice would be greatly appreciated on how to get rid of this and what I am missing.
