What do I need to do/apply for article ship

I am a CA Foundation Student and for future prep I would like to know what I would need like CV and if need how much percentage in the CA exams. What else would I need? And also I am trying to open my own firm after I become a Chartered Accountant. Thank you in advance and please be honest.
