Would you make this move?

Offer: $125k base, 10% target bonus, 5% 401k match, fully remote, 40hr weeks

Current role: $87k base, discretionary bonus (last year was $80k after a very successful year), 5% of cash comp into 401k, 2 days in office, 50hr weeks but essentially on call to work nights, weekends, holidays

This would be $30-35k pay cut from last year’s base and bonus, but I would get more exposure and learn more. I am 27yo.
