Injured house sparrow

Partner noticed a sparrow fall out the sky. It's looks like it hurt one of it wings , i don't know if its damaged its neck as well.

It was basically trying to do a barrel roll along the side walk and got to the road.

Tried calling the wild life number but they close at 6 so was too late for that. It's breathing steadily still. I've seen i shouldnt try to feed or drink in xase it cant eat properly. Just looking on advice on what to do before I can get the call through.
