Blew an MD's vein

I have to get employees to get my 20 straights, 10 butterflies, and 8 fingers (although they actually let me do the fingers on patients lol) to be set free and I got an MD to agree to a butterfly which normally I'm very good at but I blew her vein and gave her a massive bruise 😭 i did 3 straights and 1 butterfly on other employees today and did nothing wrong but the MD of course i messed up on. She's the nicest older lady ever though and she didn't care but then she showed the other MAs and now they're suspicious 😭 i had to show them all my other successes to get them to say maybe
