Blackout curtains for night shift employee

Hi! I need to buy blackout curtains.

The kind that's like a window film or shades, since I am not allowed to drill holes on the walls of my rented condo unit.

Anyone on here have any recos? Is it better to buy online or in a physical store? I need my place pitch black because my lack of sleep is killing me.
