Any tips on getting yall to switch when you’re throwing?

First 2 games in gm2 I played with 2 sidemen mains who absolutely threw. One rage quit cause he got his ult canceled one to many times and the other played like a silver maybe gold level player (10396648306). Is there a magic word or phrase I can say to get yall to switch off a character that isn’t working for you?
