I’m not a lawyer, need help

Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin Hi, im an 18yo from Wisconsin. Awhile back I got a speeding ticket for going 20 over. 4 points normally but double because I was on probationary license. I got a letter in the mail saying my licenses is suspended. I only had one previous ticket, a failure to stop. Which is only 2 points. The first ticket does not double. This means I should have 2/12 points left. But, on the suspension letter it claimed 2 separate non at fault accidents as taking away 4 points. I got my occupational license but got pulled over again for driving outside my drive-time. The cop followed me until my drive time was up, seriously (was on way home from work). I was pissed, he was being an ass, and he noticed a vape box and claimed that was probable cause to search. He found some of my weed and now I have a possession charge and no occupational license. But circling back to the accidents, because they were not at fault accidents they should have never suspended me, hence the possession would have never happened. I unfortunately do not have the original suspension letter from the DMV, but I want to fight this because I’m realizing how BS this all is now. Do I have a case, how do I go about this? TIA
