Writing a crossover. Where would Tamriel fit best on the map?

I’ve got a crossover fanfiction with The Elder Scrolls in the works right now, set 10 years after the Oblivion Crisis. I’ve been looking at both maps and I can’t figure out where I can just plop Tamriel in. It’s pretty big. I was thinking to the west, due to the whole “what’s west of Westeros?” thing, but I’m not sure. I may be overthinking. My fic isn’t meant to be a work of art by any means, but I at least want it to make sense.

Also, how do we feel about Daenerys’ whole fire resistance gimmick in the show? Do y’all think it’s stupid? I gave that same gimmick to my main character, who is a Septim. Now I’m rethinking that, but it’s become such a major plot point in my story that I worry there’s no going back. I’m trying to balance my OC’s magical and more human qualities so that she seems special, but not “Mary Sue” special, if that makes sense.
