Do I have time to pull Phainon?

He has unfortunately brought me to bankruptcy in terms of stellar jade though I'm at 70 pity and guaranteed (after nearly 10 pulls). So I'm reconsidering getting him since I really want both Cerydra and Cyrene, however apparently she's gonna be very good with Evernight so I'd like to pull Evernight as well. So do you think there'll be enough pulls to get all 3 by then? Also is she (despite how far off she is) possibly going to be any good with Therta or Phainon? Thanks a lot for your time!
