Question about the clarity of Quest 3S

Hi everyone. I bought a Meta Quest 3S the day before yesterday, and I have a question, is it normal that I can see pixels—not like the usual small ones on a screen, but really large ones that make the image look extremely blurry? Even the Horizon OS logo on the splash screen has visible pixel stair-stepping, and it's like that literally everywhere. It's really straining my eyes.

If this is normal, could you give me some advice on what to do or how to get used to it faster?
