100% waterproof heavy duty shoes for heavy wear and tear

I work with dogs in a kennel and boarding facility and I am walking all day and cleaning with harsh chemicals.

I am trying to find a shoe that can survive both water and chemicals and that is comfortable for long term everyday wear.

I find myself replacing my shoes every 3 months and I would rather spend more money 1 time than a small amount every 33 months.

I have had timberlands they didn’t last longer than 4 months, I have tried skechers hiking boots, and I have tried various other kinds.

Any suggestions?
