Is it worth using a 1050ti in an eGPU?

I have a spare 1050ti sitting around and my main laptop, an HP Pavilion 14 Plus with an i5 1340p and 2 USB 4/TB4 ports.

Been using mainly iris xe graphics but I would love a little boost for 1080p.

There's a couple Razer Core V2s in my area for 200 CAD
