Spotting and D&C

Hi Everyone- I am having my second consecutive miscarriage. My first was in february at 6 weeks- and now i am 9.5 weeks. My first I naturally miscarried pretty quickly.

I have a d&c scheduled for monday, but just started spotting. Does that mean im going to naturally miscarry? Or do some people spot and still need the D&C?
