Can I spawn Shastasaurus on Ragnarok?

Exactly what the title says. I've been playing on Ragnarok for a while and wanted to spawn in a Shastasaurus but the code won't work, is there a different code I need to use or does it just not spawn on this particular map? I'm deep in the ocean so I don't think it's where I'm trying to spawn in that's the problem.

Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I play on Xbox, I'm playing single player, and the code I'm using is admincheat GMSummon "Shastasaurus_Character_BP_C" 150

SECOND EDIT: I've tried spawning a lot of dinos but a lot of them aren't working. Fasolasuchus, Deinosuchus, Dreadnaughtus, Ceratosaurus, Megaraptor(spawns an alpha raptor instead), I can't even spawn a cat.

I haven't played this game in a couple years, so I apologize if this is common knowledge.
