breast re-growth

Over 20 years since full trans completion with both natural and small breast implants for a C cup. For what ever reason, thinking this would help rejuvenate their firmness, a few weeks ago, I started taking a combination of regular and bovine over the counter breast enhancement pills daily. implant breasts. In the last few days, now I am getting some interesting sensation/temporary puffiness around the areola along with a warm, almost burning sensation in my nipples. It has been to long since transition I dont remember what my breast growth felt like.

So do you think what I am feeling a restart of breast growth or rather enlargement? or just a temp /coincidence reaction to what I am taking??? Thanks
