Is POLI 2p92 hard? Political Theory II

Im looking at taking POLI 2p92 as my elective this year, but i havent taken 2p91 despite it being "strongly recommended." I have a fairly strong grasp of politics already but I don't' want to be taken by surprise if the course is super hard. Has anyone taken it?
