Stock screens for words "Recurring revenue > 75%" or "market share > 25%"

A lot of us use quantitative screens to filter for Market Cap, P/E, EV/EBITDA, growth EPS, or revenue growth.

When I run my value screens (Market Cap > $1bn, EV/EBITDA < 13x, EBIT margins > 4%, FCF yield > 2.5%) or quality screens (Market Cap > $1bn, ROIC > 7%, ROE > 8%, EBITDA margins > 15%, FCF yield > 2%), I usually get get a huge list of +250-300 names if I use USA, and +500-600 names if I go global.

From that list, I am trying to run another screen for like "recurring revenue > 75%" or "oligopoly" or "limited competition" or "market share > 25%".

  • Does anyone know a good way to do these screens?
  • Do I have to go do a keyword search? Do I have to read the transcript or 10-Ks?

I've tried to do this in a few tools like ChatGPT and the answers are questionable. Google returns weird blogs.

Any thoughts on how to do this?
