Looking for a good Minecraft server site

Pretty much just looking for a good server hosting site that I can run a Cobblemon server for around 10ish people a day. I'm hoping for something I can get like 8gb or 12gb of ram on it since I'm hopefully going to use Chunky and Distant horizons. What do you guys' think is the best host? I cannot self-host due to my lifestyle and such so having an online server screen I can access from anywhere would be the best.
