Can't buy any cosmetics for soldiers

Hello everyone, mostly asking if anyone else has/had this, or if it's just a bug I should report (and where).

Whenever I select an outfit or an appearance for my soldiers, I go to purchase appearance, and it doesn't save. I've tried restarting and reinstalling the game, but no results.

Has anyone had this? Should I report this to Gaijin for a check?
