Tesla Model Y Tire Replacement Inquiry

I recently got a nail puncture in one of my front tires—pretty close to the sidewall—so the tire shop recommended a replacement. For now, it's been temporarily plugged since my Model Y is on lease, and I’m trying to avoid early extra costs with about two years left on the lease. The shop quoted $500 to replace the tire with the same model (Pirelli Scorpion MS 255/45 R19). I’m wondering if that’s a fair price. The car has just under 6,000 miles, and these are the original tires it came with. I’ve heard tire wear can affect whether you should replace just one or more, so I’m not sure if I should only replace the damaged one. My car knowledge is limited, so any advice would be appreciated!
