Looking for a special occasion restaurant that still has some approachable menu items

I tragically moved from Montreal 15 years ago so I don’t know what the great new restaurants are. I’m visiting and I have a budget to go somewhere really great.

I love charcuterie, steak, Italian, Canadian, and French food. Somewhere that has a great ambience would be a bonus!
