What is the best online program to learn the Russian language?

Hello! My first language is Canadian English, and I am looking for an online program to assist me in learning Russian. I have previously used Duolingo, but I stopped practicing and have lost majority of my progress in the language. I was wondering if anyone knows any other language app/websites that are better for learning Russian from English, or if anyone knows some tips and tricks for me. Does anyone know of online classes I could take as well?
