Femme Flora help!

My RE’s nurse told me to start Femme Flora vaginal probiotic suppositories to prepare for a tentative FET. I will be having a hysteroscopy first in about two weeks, which will confirm the FET date.

I need a little guidance. My nurse was a little vague. She said it’s 11 pills. So does that mean I do it for 11 days? The bottle says recommended dose is once or twice a week.

Anyone have experience with this? Thanks!!!
