First Camino, wanting advice please:)

I plan on walking my first Camino in January and I have a couple questions if someone doesn’t mind answering a few. I’ll also take any advice not relating to the questions as well.

• I only have a short window to complete the walk, from January to march. Will February be a bad time to walk since it’s considered the off season?
• For people who walked 10-16 miles a day, how difficult was that? I am in pretty good shape and am wondering how doable that would be for me. Thanks!
