Starting a neutraceutical trading company in need of advice

Hello, I'm starting a neutraceutical trading company and I've done my research about gmp, fssai, manufacturing down to pill wall thickness, but now that I'm starting to finalise manufacturers I'm getting a bit lost. I'm unsure What all i have to keep in check before finalising everything? Like i know the basics like getting an noc, checking the factory but I'm not very sure if I've got everything down and don't want to mess up the legal part...

Is there a detailed guide, video or anything that can gelp me be sure I've covered everything before making a legal decision?
