How do early-stage marketers find peers to exchange insights and grow together?

I'm in the early stages of my marketing journey — not a total beginner, but still learning through online courses and real experimentation.

One thing I've noticed is that most communities are either full of advanced professionals or are completely silent.
It’s surprisingly hard to find that “middle” — people who are actively learning and open to sharing feedback, ideas, and progress.

So I’m curious:
Where do you connect with others who are in that early growth phase of marketing?
Not looking for mentors — just peers. People to learn with, not from.
