Missed an II for unscheduled absences because letter was sent to my old address

Should I mention this to anyone/explain? The weirdest thing is no one said anything to me on the day nor the next day. I don't know if this supervisor forgot or...? But I only discovered the letter 10 days after the II was supposed to have occurred. The time it was set for, I think we were still throwing packages that day and again no one stopped me or said hey you know we're supposed to be having an II right now.

The only thing is, not knowing of its existence, I've called out two more times since this letter informing me of the II also and wonder if I will now receive a LOW despite never having had the II? Is that something that can happen?
