Job Seeking Situation

I’m an job seeking immigrant with 4 years of experience in corporate stuff, marketing and managerial position. I’m under sambo visa so I don’t need visa support from any company. My CV used is the format provided by my arbetsförmedlingen handler and in Swedish. I’m in SFC 3D. I have been searching from the agency’s page sending out emails and applications but I can’t seem to even move forward for an interview. Am I doing anything wrong? Is there another page for jobseeking? Or is a new weeks of daily sending out not enough?
