Mom and daughter piggies fighting

Hello everyone! My guinea pig gave birth around 6 months ago to 3 little piggies. Everything has been pretty smooth up until today. One of the kids starting squaring up on the mom and they got into a big tumble. I was luckily able to separate them before blood was drawn but they just kept going at it even after I broke it up. I have them separated at the moment to let them both cool down, do you suspect that this is a dominance thing? I feel as though the daughter would have done this a month or two ago in order to show dominance. They seemed to be fighting over a dog bed in their cage that the little girl has always somewhat “claimed”. Should I just let them figure out their issues or separate them?
