Extended warranty worth it on 10K mile 2022 GLB 250?

I am currently leasing a 2022 GLB 250 (3yr ends this month) with 9900 miles. I am planning on buying out the lease at $28K buyout price. My dealer is offering extended warranty for 3 Years for $4100, which seems a little expensive. If I purchase the 3 year extended warranty, at the 7-year mark (4+3 years) I should still be under 30K miles. I will probably trade it in for a new vehicle after that.

The general consensus I see online is to have warranty, but given my low milage and 0 problems so far, I am not sure if it's worth it.

Options I'm considering:

1. Buyout+tax+warranty will total $35K.
2. Buyout with no warranty around $31K.
3. Open to other suggestions or opinions!
