Trailer hauling and SUV help!

I’m buying an older bumper pull Trail et trailer (2 horse slant) that I’m guessing weighs around 3200-3500. Owner pulls with a f150 currently.

I have a 2018 Yukon Denali (6.2l not the 5.3) with tow package - tow capacity is 8400 lbs. We frequently pull a pretty heavy boat with it, but it’s around 4000. Add two horses and our stuff and we’re looking at probably 3500 + 1100 + 1000 + 200 =5,800 but I keep hearing there’s “much more to it than that” - can anyone help me understand if this is going to work? It’s on a truck chassis so I do feel like that helps?
