Is the video and audio recording of the Fold7 as good as the S25 Ultra? (not usage experience, but just technical specs)

I know the Fold7 cameras are way better than the previous Folds' cameras, but am confused about how good they are. What has kept me from leaving the S Ultra series and going into the Z Fold series is simply that I record a lot of videos at the highest resolution, and I also record a lot of audio (people singing). I can't make the Fold7 a daily driver if it's any worse than the S25 Ultra. The other cameras for photos and selfie don't matter to me. Thanks!
