Whiteheads and Holes Around Circumcision Scar

I (18M) was circumcized at the age of 2. For the longest time I had tiny holes, and whiteheads around my shaft and some whiteheads on the head. I do wash thoroughly about every day in summer and every other day in winter. But I still need to squeeze out the gunk in the holes and whiteheads. Is there a solution to this? What kind of doctor do I need to see?
