CPU severely overheating

Hi, I just bought a new cpu (Ryzen 5 7700x) and motherboard (Pro B650M-A) and my cpu is severely overheating at 100C.

I just applied new thermal paste, using the same cpu fans and other fans and i’m just not sure why this is happening.

If anyone has answers let me know.
