I remember this fanfic from like 2/3 years ago

I do not remember the author but i remembee the fanfic weirdly well..Basically Steven and Connie are around 18 and connie leaves for college. And steven meets this blonde haired girl named Daisy (I BELIEVE IM NOT SURE).And Connie is super busy with college and started to..kinda ghost Steven and Daisy tries to help them repair their relationship,i dont remember the ending only that it heavily mischaracterized connie.Im pretty sure Steven smokes weed in this fanfic.PLEASE DOES ANYONE KNOW IT I SOUND LIKE A SCHIZO.
