Advice request re: Condo Kitchen Sink

Hello. I am about to change a 50/50 sink in an older condo to 1 large sink. We never use the second sink and use the dishwasher daily. Everyone online says how great it is to have 1 large sink instead of 2 smaller ones. However, a few relatives are telling me that it is a bad idea because it may pose a problem when I sell the condo (which will likely be in a few years). Most of the condos in the bldg have a 50/50 sink, as this is what the condos originally came with 35+ years ago.

What do you guys think?
