I had a problem: my email wasn't receiving the security code... So, I started searching the forums and realized I needed to contact the game's support. I contacted them, but I haven't heard back yet. I sent an email on Saturday, July 7th, but I saw they don't respond on weekends. And considering weekdays, today would be 72 hours.
