Anybody have any experience going through Hailco roofing for storm damage/insurance claim?

My partner let a representative from Hailco roofing onto our roof to document damage and put together a damage report. They are claiming that their adjuster division (Claimsco) can operate as an intermediary to handle everything with the insurance company and that our roof would fall under complete replacement. I'm hesitant to do anything with them because I'm not particularly fond of doing business with door to door salesmen. Has anybody gone through them and are they a good company? Is this legit and isn't going to end up costing me any money outside of the deductible? Any pitfalls to look out for? Should I just contact my insurance company myself and try to file a claim for the roof damage?
