Asking for guidance as traveller

I'm planning to visit someone at Shah Alam this weekend and I'm planning to get there by train. The problem is ETS can only stop at KL Sentral and don't have any options about it on KTMB app. I'm coming from S.Siput so I don't know much about how train works here at KL. How can I reach Shah Alam from there? Also if I have to find an accommodation, any place that you would recommend? For a solo guy
